1. Information we collect
We collect the information needed to create and operate your account and website. This can include your name, phone number, business details, contact information, service descriptions, hours, social links, uploaded images, website content, and the instructions you give Vaerly.
When you use voice features, audio is sent for real-time processing and may be transcribed so Vaerly can respond and update the website. We also collect basic technical and usage information, such as device, browser, log, and feature activity data used to secure and improve the service.
2. Customer-site leads
A published Vaerly website can collect information submitted by its visitors, such as a name, email address, phone number, and message. Vaerly processes and delivers that information for the business that owns the site. That business is responsible for how it uses the lead and for any additional privacy notices or consents its business requires.
3. How we use information
- Create, save, revise, host, and publish websites.
- Authenticate accounts and send one-time verification messages.
- Process subscriptions and provide billing support.
- Deliver website enquiries to the business owner.
- Prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve Vaerly.
- Respond to support, privacy, and account requests.
4. Service providers
We use specialist providers to run Vaerly, including OpenAI for AI and voice processing, Supabase for application data, Netlify for application hosting, Cloudflare and R2 for customer-site delivery and assets, Twilio for phone verification, Stripe for payments, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Stripe processes payment-card details. Vaerly receives billing status and transaction identifiers but does not store full card numbers.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers only as needed to operate Vaerly, with your direction or consent, to protect the service and its users, or when required by law. If Vaerly is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Retention can vary by data type. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You can update business and account information in Vaerly. You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information by emailing mo@magitek.app. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where the law permits or requires it. Disabling verification messages may prevent account access.
8. International processing and children
Vaerly and its providers may process information outside your province or country, where different laws may apply. Vaerly is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Vaerly changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to mo@magitek.app.
